Hi everyone on here, I'm new on Andrea's forum (known from Meluaworld though).
 Guess what I was listening to on my train journey from Mainz back to Hamburg last Saturday. It was Andrea's album “Rental Property” (among others). And I have to admit that it’s growing on me the more I listen to it with my most favourite songs currently being the title track Rental Property, Alibi, Berlin Love Story, Candle In The Chatroom and Fast Train (no ranking). Great work.

ii asked two weeks ago on a music store the album : not on shelves. No way to order it.
The man said this only way was to look on internet. It is sad. France would be very richer with that treasure on music store shelves ! |

at least Andrea's album crossed the French borders !!
FNAC ! from the biggest music store in France FNAC. description above says ; First album from Katie Melua's songwritter. Noticed by Mike Batt during a chance encounter, that young Australian singer and writter signed the songs « What I miss about you » and « Dirty Dice » on the third album of Katie Melua « Pictures ». « Rental Property » is built on the theme of the love that ends sadly like in « Alibi », « Mr London Town », « Silence » or « Black Socks in the Wash ». Fortunately love can sometimes has a happy end, for instance « Berlin Love Story » where Andrea tells her encounter with her husband. |

Yes, great news!
But with a view to album descriptions and reviews, now as before Andrea seems to be slightly in Katie Melua’s shadow, doesn't she? Anyway, WIMAY and DD are certainly among the best tracks of Katie's "Pictures" album. |
